Orders and Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Each item is printed when you order it. Production typically takes 2-7 business days, then ships. Domestic orders (US) usually arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Total time from order to delivery is typically 5-12 business days.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not currently. We ship to all 50 US states including Hawaii and Alaska.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping rates vary by product type. Orders over $75 ship free. Exact rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, reach out via the Contact page.
Returns and Sizing
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Because everything is made to order, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
How do I read the size guide?
Each product page has a Size Guide tab with chest, waist, and length measurements in inches. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Products and Printing
What printing method do you use?
We use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing, which applies ink directly to the fabric. It produces clean, detailed prints with a soft hand feel that breathes naturally and softens with washing.
How do I care for my shirt?
Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. No bleach or fabric softener. Full care instructions are in the Care Instructions tab on each product page.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
Colors can vary slightly between screens and in person, especially with garment-dyed fabrics where natural variation is part of the character. No two garment-dyed items are exactly the same, which is what gives them their look.
Do you do custom or wholesale orders?
Not currently. If you're interested in a collaboration or bulk order, reach out through the Contact page and we'll see what we can do.

How are you different from other print-on-demand stores?
We design everything ourselves with a specific point of view. Every design starts as something we actually wanted to exist and didn't find elsewhere.
